Business Information Officer

About the Role
The Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Business Information Officer to join their team. As a key member of the senior leadership, this individual will play a crucial role in supporting the Trust's business information processes, ensuring accurate data quality and reporting, and contributing to service development and clinical systems.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and data analyst support to the Access team members, serving as the focal point for information and contractual data.
- Manage and lead the administrative staff, demonstrating strong leadership and management skills.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of clinical processes, systems, and pathways, ensuring seamless integration with business operations.
- Collaborate with the existing 0-18 CYPMHS Business Information Officer to ensure consistent data quality and reporting across all Cheshire Services.
- Support the Trust's business operations, including performance management, data quality, and service development.

Requirements
- Hold a degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Possess secretarial qualifications, RSA III, or equivalent experience.
- Have a working knowledge of software programs, including Microsoft applications and associated databases.
- Demonstrate organizational and planning skills, with the ability to time manage effectively.
- Have analytical skills, with a proven ability to interpret information and present findings.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
- Project Management Qualification, PRINCE, or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of IT hardware.
- Understanding of the contracting and performance monitoring framework for NHS Trusts.
- Advanced level of MS Excel expertise.
