We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Estates Information Officer to join our team at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As an Estates Information Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our multidisciplinary team in gathering and maintaining accurate information on our buildings and assets.
Key Responsibilities- Support the team in gathering information on our buildings and assets through site surveys, updating CAD drawings, and maintaining MICAD Internet Property Register.
- Update asset information on My Compliance and support in completing the annual Estates Return Information Collection (ERIC).
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of our estate, including building information and asset details.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our estate management.
- Provide excellent communication and customer service skills to ensure effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- GCSE or equivalent grade C or above in English and Maths.
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
- City & Guilds Level 2 in Computer Aided Design or equivalent.
- Experience of utilising AutoCAD in a construction/building/architectural environment.
- Experience of MICAD, showing detailed understanding of the core IPR and associated modules.
