About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Estates Information Officer to join our multidisciplinary estates team. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and maintaining accurate information on our buildings and assets, utilizing AutoCAD and MICAD software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the estates team in gathering information on buildings and assets through site surveys and data collection.
  • Update CAD drawings and maintain MICAD Internet Property Register.
  • Assist in completing the annual Estates Return Information Collection (ERIC).
  • Provide excellent time management and communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration with the team.
