Estates Information Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Estates Information Officer to join our team at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and maintaining accurate information on our buildings and assets, ensuring that our facilities management systems are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize AutoCAD and MICAD to gather and update building information, including site surveys and CAD drawings.
- Maintain accurate records of assets and properties, including updates to the Internet Property Register and My Compliance.
- Support the completion of the annual Estates Return Information Collection (ERIC) and provide data for business intelligence and reporting.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary estates team to ensure effective communication and delivery of excellent standards of work.

Person SpecificationThe successful candidate will possess:
- GCSE or equivalent grade C or above in English and Maths.
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
- City & Guilds Level 2 in Computer Aided Design or equivalent.
- Experience of utilising AutoCAD in a construction/building/architectural environment.
- Experience of MICAD, showing a detailed understanding of the core IPR and associated modules.
