About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Estates Information Officer to join our team at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and maintaining accurate information on our buildings and assets, ensuring that our estates team has the necessary data to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize AutoCAD and MICAD to gather and update information on our buildings and assets
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of our estates information
  • Support the estates team in completing the annual Estates Return Information Collection (ERIC)
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that our estates information is accurate and consistent
Requirements
  • GCSE or equivalent grade C or above in English and Maths
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • City & Guilds Level 2 in Computer Aided Design or equivalent
  • Experience of utilising AutoCAD in a construction/building/architectural environment
  • Experience of MICAD, including a detailed understanding of the core IPR and associated modules
