About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Estates Information Officer to join our team at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and maintaining accurate information on our buildings and assets, ensuring that our facilities management systems are up-to-date and efficient.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize AutoCAD in a construction/building/architectural environment to gather and update information on our buildings and assets.
  • Maintain MICAD Internet Property Register and update asset information on My Compliance.
  • Support in completing the annual Estates Return Information Collection (ERIC).
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to gather information on our buildings and assets, through site surveys and other means.
  • Develop and maintain building project plans and support short and long-term projects.
Requirements
  • GCSE or equivalent grade C or above in English and Maths.
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
  • City & Guilds Level 2 in Computer Aided Design (7689-04) or equivalent.
  • Experience of utilising AutoCAD in a construction/building/architectural environment.
  • Experience of MICAD (showing detailed understanding of the core IPR and associated modules).
