The Role: Security Officer- Act as a vital link between store management and local law enforcement, ensuring a seamless and effective security presence.
- Partner with store/client management to meet loss prevention objectives, driving business success through proactive security measures.
- Build effective relationships with local security teams and police, fostering a collaborative approach to security and community safety.
- Implement company security measures to control store shrinkage, minimizing losses and maximizing revenue.
- Provide a visible security presence within premises, deterring potential threats and ensuring a safe environment for customers and staff.
