Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a strong technical background in chemistry and experience in B2B sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the UV-curable market
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, conducting market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
  • Assist in the development of technical presentations and sales materials, working closely with the formulation and research teams
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, promoting our products and services to key stakeholders
  • Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience in B2B sales, technical sales, or raw materials sales
  • Strong background in chemistry, with a degree from a reputable university
  • Technical proficiency in UV-curable technology, including Photoinitiators and downstream industries
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with high interpersonal competence and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software, including Windows, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel around the UK and Europe to meet customers and attend industry events
Desirable Qualifications
  • Direct experience in the UV-curing market or a background in coatings, inks, or paints
  • Masters or PhD in Chemistry
