We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Technical Prospects. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive Sales Approach: Develop and execute a proactive sales strategy to drive business growth and expand our client base.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on developing and maintaining repeat business.
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
- CRM Management: Utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and analyze sales performance.
Requirements:
- Proven Sales Track Record: A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Business Development Skills: Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and close deals.
- Candidate Profile: A highly motivated and experienced sales professional, with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
