Team & Role Overview

The Senior Customer Success Manager / Financial Analyst role is a pivotal hands-on technical position that involves assisting clients in navigating our platform, guiding them throughout their journey, and helping them achieve their goals. This position necessitates a robust understanding of investment products coupled with technical expertise, enabling clients to maximize the benefits of our Sesame platform. As part of a newly formed and growing team, the individual in this role will have the chance to make a meaningful impact and establish a framework for client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitating the successful onboarding of new clients while nurturing relationships with existing clients
  • Comprehending investment products and effectively conveying performance and analytics related to various offerings
  • Identifying platform challenges and collaborating with relevant technical teams to devise solutions
  • Leveraging client feedback to enhance product utilization and improve overall customer experience
  • Engaging with clients to uncover new partnership opportunities

Qualifications & Skills

  • 4-7 years of experience in technical analysis of financial products or consultative account management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and financial analysis
  • Experience in wealth or asset management or consulting for financial services-related businesses
  • Proven project management, retention, and cross-selling capabilities
  • Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of any additional European language is advantageous
