Job Title: Business Analyst

Asobbi is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to enhance our team. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in business analysis, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders to promote business enhancements and technological solutions.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead product ownership for the systems, working closely with business stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements and improvements.


• Manage product backlogs and enhancement roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives.


• Act as a bridge between operational stakeholders and technical IS/IT teams.


• Serve as the primary point of contact for system-related inquiries and requests from the wider business.


• Ensure system workflows facilitate efficient internal processes and adhere to best practices.


• Guarantee that systems and processes provide outstanding customer experiences.


• Define, capture, and validate requirements with business stakeholders, offering solution recommendations and challenging assumptions.


• Collaborate with technical development teams to outline and design potential solutions.


• Analyze proposed system modifications, evaluating business impacts and mitigating associated risks.


• Employ business analysis and project management methodologies for system and process enhancements.


• Support the testing and transition of new system functionalities to maximize user adoption and success.


• Facilitate change management within business and operational teams, addressing issues and communicating progress.


• Develop system architecture and roadmaps, articulating future functionalities and capabilities.


• Coordinate resources from various teams to achieve successful outcomes.


• Advocate for maintaining scalable and upgradeable systems, questioning bespoke development requests.


• Influence decision-makers and operational leaders to embrace standardized system functionalities.


• Align processes with business strategy for assigned projects.


• Develop and implement ITIL-aligned operational processes within Service teams.


• Create business process designs that enhance customer experience and reduce costs.


• Promote standard service and process reuse, ensuring process adoption among operational teams.


• Produce standard and visual business process design templates for reviewing processes and training materials.


• Drive continuous improvement in Business Systems processes and deliverables.


• Represent the Business Systems function in broader business initiatives to align objectives and outcomes.

Required Skills and Experience:


• Expertise in ITSM and PSA platforms, with a preference for ServiceNow experience, particularly in Customer Service Management (CSM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and Field Service Management (FSM). ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is advantageous.


• Familiarity with Agile system development methodologies.


• Understanding of ITIL-aligned Service Management processes and how ITSM platforms support their effective delivery.
