Pension Administrator

GEM Partnership is seeking a highly skilled Pension Secretarial professional to join their team. As a key appointment, this role will play a crucial part in the company's growth plans.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outsourced pensions executive services and projects, including business planning, organisation, and liaison with stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with advisers and service providers on behalf of trustee boards and corporates.
- Perform scheme secretarial duties, including planning, organisation, meetings, and member communications.
- Oversight and coordination of routine scheme projects, such as annual reports and accounts.
- Governance projects, including trustee effectiveness, service provider reviews, and procurement projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience in pension secretarial services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders. A strong understanding of pension governance and regulatory requirements is essential.
