Working hours range from 8 to 15 hours weekly, with the possibility of additional shifts. Compensation starts at £11.50 per hour, with an average bonus of 89p per hour (*increasing to £11.80 upon successful completion of the probationary period).

As a Retail Sales Associate, prior technical knowledge is not a requirement. All new team members participate in a comprehensive two to three-day training program, either online or at our state-of-the-art training facility. This program equips you with essential skills and insights to effectively assist customers and create memorable experiences. From supplier training to hands-on product testing, we ensure you are well-prepared to provide top-notch recommendations.
Our Retail Sales Associates work flexible hours, which typically include weekends. Store hours generally span seven days a week, from 9 AM to 8 PM, though this may vary by location.
Key Responsibilities:In this role, you will be tasked with:
● Engaging customers with insightful questions to match them with suitable products.
● Ensuring every customer interaction is exceptional.
● Providing support services such as delivery, installation, recycling, and payment options.
● Contributing to the overall sales success of the store.
● Collaborating across various departments and product categories.
● Assisting with store operations by completing necessary tasks.
