Part-Time Position

8-15 hours per week, with the option to take on additional shifts. Competitive hourly wage plus an average bonus per hour.

As a Retail Sales Associate, prior technical knowledge is not a requirement to join our team. All new hires participate in a comprehensive two to three-day orientation, either online or at our training facility. Here, you will acquire essential skills and insights to assist customers effectively and create remarkable experiences. From supplier training to hands-on product testing, we will equip you with the confidence needed to provide outstanding recommendations.
Our Retail Sales Associates work flexible hours, including weekends. Our stores typically operate seven days a week, with varying hours based on local demand.
Key Responsibilities:In this role, you will be responsible for:
● Engaging customers with insightful questions to align them with suitable products.
● Ensuring every customer interaction is memorable.
● Providing support services such as delivery, installation, recycling, and payment options.
● Contributing to the overall sales success of the store.
● Collaborating across various departments and product categories.
● Assisting in store operations by completing necessary tasks.
