Adecco is seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join their team on a fixed-term contract lasting between 12-13 months. As an Office Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ordering supplies, stationery, and coffee.
- Booking meeting rooms and organizing meetings/training sessions.
- Providing project administrative support, including researching and booking flights and hotels.
- Assisting with finance administration, including bookkeeping, expense reports, and invoice payments.
- Managing marketing activities such as content creation, website maintenance, and internal communications.
- Supporting business development through analytics and monthly reports.
- Contributing to the maintenance of the Quality Management System, including document updates and supplier management.
- Assisting with HR activities, such as recruitment support, new starter documentation, and employee well-being initiatives.
