Film Office Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Film Office Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our film office, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the film office team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Act as a point of contact for filming enquiries, responding to queries and providing information to production companies.
- Support the day-to-day running of our fast-paced service, including coordinating logistics and monitoring databases.
- Work closely with production clients and Council colleagues to ensure the successful delivery of filming projects.
Requirements:
- Experience of providing high-quality administrative support in a customer-facing environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- High level of digital competence, with experience of using IT systems and tools.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet tight deadlines.
