About the Role

The Film Office Assistant will provide administrative support to the Bristol Film Office team, acting as a point of contact for filming enquiries and supporting the day-to-day running of our fast-paced service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the team
  • Act as a point of contact for filming enquiries
  • Support logistical arrangements for filming, including monitoring Locations and other databases, filming permissions, site bookings, and finance systems

Requirements

We're looking for someone with experience of providing high-quality administrative support, having worked in a customer service and/or client-facing environment with excellent communication skills. You will be practiced at working as part of a busy team, juggling multiple projects, problem-solving, meeting tight deadlines, and responding effectively at pace.
