Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team in Bristol. As the first point of contact for visitors and employees, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordination of the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for onboarding of new team members
  • Coordinate Lunch Of The Month
  • Support the administration and organisation of office and company events
  • Monitor local service providers for quality
  • Identify/report maintenance issues to facilities manager
  • Ensure Office is maintained in a clean and welcoming environment
Essential Skills & Experience
  • UK drivers' licence (if supporting more than one office)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to understand and act on priorities driven by business need
  • Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office suite
