Position Overview: M&E Project Delivery Lead – Water Sector

Compensation: £85,000 - £100,000 plus a competitive benefits package

Location: Flexible with hybrid working options

Advance TRS is seeking to enhance its Project Management team within the Water sector by recruiting an M&E Project Delivery Lead. This role will involve overseeing the engineering and supervisory aspects of various Clean and Wastewater initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the comprehensive M&E delivery across the project lifecycle, from Outline Design through to Project Acceptance. Collaborate with the project team to ensure optimal performance in design, procurement, project controls, and contract management.
  • Foster a culture of empowerment within the team, ensuring that each member is actively engaged and contributing meaningfully, while maintaining a sustainable pace and high-quality standards.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with external delivery partners, ensuring that value for money is consistently achieved.
  • Manage all M&E aspects of the project lifecycle effectively, including supply chain design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover to the client, adhering to commercial criteria and health and safety regulations.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven track record in project or business delivery within a design and build context or similar sectors.
  • Ability to comprehend the complexities of major projects and a belief in their value and potential success.
  • Over 10 years of experience in Project Management, with previous M&E delivery experience being a significant advantage.
  • Strong project management skills coupled with sound commercial judgment.
  • Knowledge of health and safety legislation.
  • Familiarity with Quality Assurance systems and processes.
  • A solid understanding of the commercial implications associated with project delays.
