We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Kier Group, specializing in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale construction projects in Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the feasibility and cost estimation of M&E projects, including forecasting material costs.
  • Prepare and review tender documents, contracts, budgets, and bills of quantities.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure budget requirements are met.
  • Oversee cash flow management for large M&E packages throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Compile and issue commercial reports to the project leadership team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercially managing high-value M&E projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with a focus on Excel.
  • Degree qualification and strong communication skills.
