Join Our Team as a Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Kier Group. As a key member of our M&E business, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of our high-value MEP projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the commercial aspects of large MEP projects, including feasibility studies, cost forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Prepare tender documents, contracts, and bills of quantities to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure budget requirements are met and cash flow is managed effectively.
  • Compile and issue commercial reports to the project leadership team to inform decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercially managing high-value M&E works.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with a focus on Excel.
  • Degree-qualified and strong communication skills.
