Client Success Manager

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Manager to join our team at Intapp. As a key partner in increasing client adoption and expanding client relationships, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage a portfolio of 30-50 accounts, focusing on driving adoption, increasing client satisfaction, and supporting retention and growth.
- Collaborate with the Account Management team to streamline our partnership and ensure a seamless experience with Intapp for the client.
- Responsible for client transition from Implementation to Client Success, including project managing and executing on remaining site configurations.
- Proactive client engagement, including end-user training, platform configuration, and best practice reviews, and adoption health checks.
- Collaborate with other internal departments on new releases impacting the client and operational readiness.
- Become an expert on the DealCloud product and related services.
**Requirements**
- Demonstrated experience in customer success, account management, or sales.
- Bachelor's degree or related experience.
- Experience with account management or sales software, such as Salesforce.
- Strong Excel skills and competency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office suite required.
- Strong organizational skills and effective planning skills.
- Experience with SaaS (cloud-based) software deployments.
- Excel expertise (advanced Lookup functionality and structuring of pivot tables).
- A background working for or with accounting/consulting firms.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Deep understanding of financial modeling, reporting, and analysis.
