**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Manager to join our team at Intapp. As a key partner in increasing client adoption and expanding client relationships, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage a portfolio of 30-50 accounts, focusing on driving adoption, increasing client satisfaction, and supporting retention and growth.
  • Collaborate with the Account Management team to streamline our partnership and ensure a seamless experience with Intapp for the client.
  • Responsible for client transition from Implementation to Client Success, including project managing and executing on remaining site configurations.
  • Proactive client engagement, including end-user training, platform configuration, and best practice reviews, and adoption health checks.
  • Collaborate with other internal departments on new releases impacting the client and operational readiness.
  • Become an expert on the DealCloud product and related services.

**Requirements**

  • Demonstrated experience in customer success, account management, or sales.
  • Bachelor's degree or related experience.
  • Experience with account management or sales software, such as Salesforce.
  • Strong Excel skills and competency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office suite required.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective planning skills.
  • Experience with SaaS (cloud-based) software deployments.
  • Excel expertise (advanced Lookup functionality and structuring of pivot tables).
  • A background working for or with accounting/consulting firms.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Deep understanding of financial modeling, reporting, and analysis.
