About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Pre-Operative Administration Team at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and visitors, acting in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
  • Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including data entry, clinic preparation, and scheduling.
  • Communicate effectively with various departments to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to Trust policies and legislation.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve targets and provide a high-quality administrative service.
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to provide cover for colleagues during annual leave or extended sickness.
  • Great office and IT skills, with the ability to learn new systems and software.
