Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Lurgan, within the healthcare sector.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clinical staff and enhancing the overall efficiency of our services. Your key responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:- Providing administrative support to clinical staff to ensure effective service delivery.
- Handling telephone and face-to-face inquiries, providing information and directing queries appropriately.
- Preparing reports and documents as directed, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Maintaining both electronic and manual filing systems, ensuring they are up to date.
- Building strong working relationships with team members and interacting positively with the public.
- Scheduling appointments and arranging interpreters as needed.
- Recording discharge files in accordance with policy and managing transportation.
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
Requirements:- 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language and 1 year's experience in a clerical/administrative role.
Alternatively, you may have:
- 2 years' experience in a clerical/administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Word and Excel.
