Finance Support Assistant
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Finance Support Assistant to aid the Finance Business Partner team in providing financial assistance and insights across essential operations and project execution.

Your role will involve delivering dependable support to the Finance Business Partner team, collaborating with property teams to offer guidance and constructive feedback, particularly regarding projects and financial forecasts.

Work Environment
As a member of a cohesive team, you will report to the Finance Business Partner and assist four Finance Business Partners, each responsible for distinct portfolio areas. The team engages in various core functions, including visitor services, conservation efforts, and multi-faceted investment initiatives.

Experience a diverse range of responsibilities, work alongside knowledgeable colleagues, and contribute to the future of one of the UK's largest private landowners.

Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include supporting forecasting and reporting processes. By collaborating closely with property managers and project leaders, you will ensure the accuracy of forecasts and maintain up-to-date information within the financial systems. You will also facilitate finance training across the region and assist with reporting systems, enabling budget holders to effectively manage their financial resources.

Utilizing our reporting system, you will monitor expenditures and budget variances, proactively engaging with teams to guarantee the accuracy of financial data and compliance with necessary documentation.
