About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Account Support Executive to join our Corporate Team at our Dealership. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support to our Corporate Hub.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and professional support to our Corporate Hub, including responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our Corporate customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Assist our Key Account Managers and Broker Account Managers in carrying out their duties, including providing administrative support and coordinating sales activities.
  • Be a key point of contact for our Corporate customers, providing them with accurate and timely information and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Construct quotes and proposals in accordance with our negotiated terms and conditions.
  • Maintain accurate records of our Corporate customer database, including customer contact information and sales activity.
  • Order and locate vehicles to satisfy sold orders, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and report any discrepancies or issues that may impact our Corporate customers, ensuring that all necessary actions are taken to resolve the issue.
  • Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety and Company Policy, including adhering to our quality management system.
  • Agree profit on deals before month end closure, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Control and track vehicle debtors, ensuring that all necessary actions are taken to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Initiate and maintain vehicle deal files, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
About Our Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate the following skills:

  • Negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Full driving license.
  • VWG experience beneficial but not essential.
