Job Overview

The primary responsibility of the Cluster HR Operations Leader is to provide comprehensive support to multiple IBIS hotels in the region across various HR functions.

  • Advisory Role: Offer expert guidance to both management and staff on a variety of HR issues, including performance evaluation, employee relations, talent management, and adherence to HR policies.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees and facilitating their integration into the organizational culture.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll processes for the hotels, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company standards.
  • Employee Well-being Initiatives: Develop and implement strategies aimed at enhancing workplace culture, boosting team morale, and promoting overall employee wellness.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure that all hotel operations are in line with Talent Policies and Health & Safety regulations.
Qualifications
  • Available for a fixed-term contract.
  • Ideally possesses 3-4 years of experience in hotel operational management.
  • CIPD qualification is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to foster effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a proactive approach to team management.
  • A genuine passion for the hospitality sector, committed to supporting team operations and nurturing talent development.
