Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our UK, Ireland and Nordics cluster team. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide full HR support to our cluster leaders and employees, ensuring qualitative and quantitative services on the entire HR spectrum.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Partnering
    • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on talent management, including skills gaps and development needs, team organization, succession planning, and conflict resolution.
    • Play an active role as company culture ambassador and representative internally and externally.
    • Participate in clusters' management team.
  • Employee Experience
    • Manage qualitative HR communication for the cluster.
    • Manage Talent Management processes locally and work on succession plans and employees' next steps.
    • Ensure a first-class entrance and departure management process, from offer to exit interview, according to regional policies and tools.
    • Yearly engagement surveys: encourage participation, run workshops based on results, and propose HR improvements.
  • Recruitment
    • Create hiring forms according to group guidelines and focus on job briefings with hiring managers, supported by regional tools.
    • Post job adverts, select CVs, and propose a shortlist.
    • Lead and organize interview rounds and ensure a close and qualitative candidates' follow-up.
  • Learning & Development
    • Organize and manage trainings locally to meet development needs identified, according to group and regional policies and tools.

Requirements

  • Seasoned HR professional with significant experience in HR Management, ideally acquired in an international and fast-paced environment in a generalist HRBP role.
  • Proven skills in being multi-tasking from operations to strategy: organizing HR operations with rigor and high attention to details while bringing ideas and propositions to Cluster MT.
  • Team player, hands-on, with good communication and ability to adapt to multiple interlocutors, high level of proactivity and autonomy.
  • Fluent English, French will be a plus.
