Job Title: HR Business Partner

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner for our UK, Ireland, and Nordics cluster. As a trusted advisor to our leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping our company culture and ensuring qualitative and quantitative HR services across the region.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic HR guidance to leadership on talent management, skills gaps, and development needs.
  • Act as a company culture ambassador, promoting our values and representing the organization internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with the UKIN Managing Director and EMEA HR Director to develop and implement HR strategies.
  • Manage HR operations, including recruitment, employee experience, and learning and development.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR Management, ideally in an international and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to multiple stakeholders.
  • Fluent English, with French a plus.
