About the Role:

The Royal British Legion is seeking a highly skilled Transformation Cluster Leader to join our Transformation Management Office (TMO). This key role will play a critical part in shaping the TMO strategy and growing the leadership of the function to deliver transformational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement TMO strategy, including plans for function maturity.
  • Provide inspiring leadership of multi-disciplinary programmes/projects teams within a Cluster, driving change across strategic and tactical initiatives.
  • Support resource management across the Cluster, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Provide insights and accurate interpretation of programmes/projects data within the Cluster, ensuring continuous and effective reporting to senior management.
  • Engage with Cluster Executive owners and key stakeholders for continuous improvement.

About the Team:

The TMO takes great pride in managing a diverse portfolio of programmes and projects, working closely with our Executive team and senior leaders across the charity to provide expertise in project, programme, and change management.

Selection Process:

The selection process will consist of two stages, including a 1-hour assessment and a 1-hour panel interview, followed by a 'meet the team' session/panel interview.
