Job Summary

Christ's College is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Events and Communications Coordinator to join our Development Office team. As an essential member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of events and activities, and helping to keep alumni engaged and informed through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and deliver a variety of events and activities to engage alumni and promote the College's mission.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to keep alumni informed and engaged.
  • Collaborate with the Development Office team to achieve strategic goals and objectives.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including vendors and suppliers.
  • Provide administrative support to the Development Office team as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in event planning, marketing, and communication.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
