Are you a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager seeking a new challenge? Adecco is in search of a skilled Quality Assurance Manager to enhance their team.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee and coordinate the Quality Management Systems for the facility, ensuring adherence to all pertinent quality and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead investigations into quality incidents and deviations, including the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plan.
  • Conduct regular reviews of quality-critical documentation, systems, and procedures, implementing necessary modifications.
  • Maintain all essential quality documentation, including Quality Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Audit Reports.
  • Manage process enhancement initiatives across the manufacturing facility.
  • Support production, warehousing, and maintenance operations in upholding quality standards and addressing issues.
  • Facilitate and support external audits from clients and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor on-site environmental conditions and validate equipment, processes, and new products.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Management within a regulated healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of regulations such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Distribution Practices (GDP), Medical Device regulations, and ISO standards.
