In this pivotal role, you will oversee and coordinate the Quality Management Systems for the facility, ensuring adherence to all pertinent quality and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead investigations into quality incidents and deviations, including the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plan.
- Conduct regular reviews of quality-critical documentation, systems, and procedures, implementing necessary modifications.
- Maintain all essential quality documentation, including Quality Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Audit Reports.
- Manage process enhancement initiatives across the manufacturing facility.
- Support production, warehousing, and maintenance operations in upholding quality standards and addressing issues.
- Facilitate and support external audits from clients and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor on-site environmental conditions and validate equipment, processes, and new products.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Management within a regulated healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of regulations such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Distribution Practices (GDP), Medical Device regulations, and ISO standards.
