Role Overview:
We are actively seeking several Home Claims Administrators to join our dynamic Home Claims Operations team.
As a Claims Administrator, you will provide essential administrative assistance to our Claims Handling Teams, which may include engaging with customers for administrative purposes. You will collaborate closely with your team and the broader operation to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and cost efficiency.
Comprehensive training will be provided, although prior experience with administrative functions and systems is advantageous.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Effective communication skills.

- Familiarity with Home Claims processes or related experience (preferred but not mandatory).
