Painting Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise painting projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Lead a team of painters, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on every project.
- Conduct inspections to assess work quality and address any issues promptly.
- Manage inventory of painting supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels for projects.
- Keep detailed records of project progress, expenses, and materials used.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, promoting efficiency and safety.

**Requirements**:

- HND in Painting and Decorating or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in residential painting, including both interior and exterior projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £38,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
