Housekeeping Team Leader

As a Housekeeper Team Leader - Training, you'll be responsible for ensuring our team members have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver training programs for Housekeeping staff
- Collaborate with Housekeeping Managers to identify training needs and develop solutions
- Conduct departmental induction training and ensure new staff are properly onboarded
- Organize and document legal training requirements and ensure compliance
- Provide corrective training as needed and maintain accurate training records
- Assist with the recruitment process for Housekeeping colleagues
We're looking for a skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in training and development. You'll need excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with a diverse team. Previous supervisory or training experience in a hotel, cleaning, or service industry is essential.
