Housekeeping Team Leader

At Center Parcs, we're committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Housekeeper Team Leader - Training, you'll play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of accommodation and public areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Train and develop housekeeping staff to ensure they meet our quality standards
- Oversee the induction process for new starters, ensuring they're equipped to provide excellent service
- Organize and document legal training, ensuring compliance with company requirements
- Provide corrective training as needed, focusing on improving performance and productivity
- Maintain accurate training records and logbooks, ensuring up-to-date information
- Assist with the recruitment process for housekeeping colleagues, helping to build a talented team
You'll be contracted to work 120 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means your days and hours may vary each week, but you'll always receive at least your contracted hours. Shifts are generally Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, with some flexibility to accommodate public holidays and special events.
About You:We're looking for someone with:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A good general level of education
- Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Previous supervisory or training experience in a hotel, cleaning, or service industry
