Housekeeping Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Team Leader to join our team at Center Parcs. As a key member of our Housekeeping department, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality in our accommodation units and public areas.
Key Responsibilities- Train and develop staff in liaison with Housekeeping Managers to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality cleaning standards.
- Carry out departmental induction training and ensure that all new starters are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Organize and document legal training in line with company requirements, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Conduct corrective training as required to address any issues or concerns.
- Maintain accurate training records and logbooks, ensuring that all staff are up-to-date with the latest training and development opportunities.
- Assist with the recruitment process of Housekeeping colleagues, helping to identify and select the best candidates for our team.
- Good communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good general level of education, with a strong understanding of cleaning and hospitality principles.
- Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to create and manage training materials and records.
- Previous supervisory or training experience within a hotel, cleaning, or service industry, with a proven track record of success.
