Housekeeping Team Leader Role Overview
As a Housekeeping Team Leader at Center Parcs, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our accommodation units, ensuring that every space is pristine for our guests. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and guide a team to achieve high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the cleaning operations of our accommodation units
- Provide guidance and support to Housekeeping Assistants to ensure they meet the required standards
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the department
- Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient use of time and resources
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
- Sociably confident with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead a team
- Proficient in using technology and hand-held devices, with a willingness to learn new software
- Motivational approach to work and colleagues
- Empathetic and supportive leadership style
Desirable Requirements
- Experience leading a team in a service-oriented setting
- Previous work in cleaning or hospitality
