Role Overview: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Barnsley
Compensation: £23,300
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Monday - Thursday) & 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Friday)
Elevation Recruitment Group's Business Support division is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Customer Service Administrator within a manufacturing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Addressing and overseeing customer inquiries, complaints, and product-related questions.
- Proactively managing issues and escalating them as necessary, while clearly communicating the situation, next steps, and possible outcomes to customers.
- Accurately recording and updating all customer information and communications.
- Building effective relationships with subcontractors, site teams, and colleagues across the organization.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
- Professional telephone etiquette coupled with strong written communication abilities.
- Capable of resolving various issues and adept at problem-solving.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage personal workload efficiently.
