Compliance Manager

You will ideally live in a commutable distance of Barnsley

This is an office based role - offering Hybrid working (2 to 3 days a week + Flexibility in hours)

£35,000 to £50,000 + Company Bonus Scheme + Social Events + Increasing Holidays + Pension

Are you a from a Compliance and or Quality background looking to play key role within a rapidly growing business where you will have full autonomy to make the role your own?

The ideal candidate will strong background in Compliance and ISO systems with an eagerness to develop with a company that are committed to investing in their staff.

The Role:
* Assist in managing the current compliance and quality management system working closely with the Health & Safety Manager
* Over time you can make the role your own by developing a new business system
* Duties include but not limited to: undertake audits, ensure compliance is maintained, manage all online portals, manage all relevant documentation
* Hybrid working offered - 2 to 3 days a week from home and for the right person there can be flexibility in working hours too

The Person:
*Must have relevant Compliance Management and/or Quality Management system experience
*Construction industry experience highly desirable
*Experience working with online safety and PQQ portals would be a distinct advantage
