Position Summary

In this role, you will:

  • Work collaboratively within a diverse team to address intricate product development and manufacturing challenges.
  • Support ongoing product manufacturing by offering technical assistance to both internal teams and external partners.
  • Oversee technology transfer initiatives to contract manufacturing entities.
  • Engage with various business units to ensure the successful achievement of organizational objectives.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients and service providers.
  • Evaluate and suggest continuous improvement opportunities both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and oversee projects related to modifications, upgrades, and technology transfers within the outsourced manufacturing supply chain.
  • Collect, assess, and analyze a broad range of data to support external technical operations.
  • Conduct research related to various technical operational activities.
  • Provide ongoing technical support to maintain current product manufacturing.
  • Offer expert guidance, review, and approval of changes, as well as documentation management.
  • Keep precise records to ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal company protocols.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) relevant to this position, as identified through the company Learning Management System.
  • Follow the Perrigo Safety Policy and Procedures to foster a culture of health and safety in your areas of responsibility.
  • Perform additional reasonable tasks as needed to support the Perrigo business.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, focusing on process validation, formulation development, or analytical chemistry.
  • Proficiency in technology tools that support business operations, including strong computer skills in the Microsoft Suite.
  • Excellent communication abilities, with a capacity to contribute effectively in meetings across all organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks while communicating information clearly and promptly.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving objectives within set timelines.
  • A collaborative team player.
  • Ability to understand, recommend, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
