As a result of their expansion, our client is seeking dedicated Field Sales Executives to join their team. This role is full-time, operating Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Field Sales Executive, your daily tasks will encompass the following:

  • Conducting proactive outreach in your designated area, both before and after scheduled meetings, while identifying potential leads to input into the CRM system.
  • Gaining a comprehensive understanding of customer waste streams, including those from pubs, restaurants, cardboard, glass, food, washroom services, and energy.
  • Prioritizing phone communications, with a preference for in-person visits.
  • Taking initiative to generate your own appointments to ensure a full calendar.
  • Attending meetings, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assessing your geographical area for potential industrial estates that may require visits or follow-ups.
Candidate Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven experience in a field-based sales role, excluding account management.
  • A valid UK driving license.
