Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join their successful sales team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, developing key client relationships, and supporting colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock ordering and meeting with suppliers to improve terms
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers using a CRM system
  • Identifying sales opportunities to dealers to drive further business growth
  • Collaborating with other departments, including the service team and marketing team
  • Guiding and coaching the sales team to achieve great results
  • Representing the company at national trade shows

Requirements:

To be successful as a Sales Manager, you may have experience as an Area Sales Manager, Account Manager, Trade Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Regional Sales, or Field Sales within the construction industry.

This role is commutable from locations such as South Yorkshire, Pontefract, Leeds, and surrounding areas.
