About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Executive to join our team at Marstep Resourcing Solutions. As a Sales Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving our ambitious growth plans forward by building new relationships and business with customers across a range of sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Converting incoming enquiries to sales
  2. Identifying and converting upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  3. Building your prospect list
  4. Developing lead generation and sales development strategies, including a multi-channel approach
  5. Nurturing relationships with existing clients
  6. Building relationships with potential clients
  7. Converting potential clients to long-term customers
  8. Managing and recording sales development activities
Requirements
  • Confident communicator with excellent outbound calling skills
  • Comfortable with standard IT packages and CRM systems
  • Proven track record in a sales development capacity with accountability
  • Ability to build relationships and grab attention
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail
  • Availability to work with flexibility
