We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Executive to join our team at Marstep Resourcing Solutions. As a Sales Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving our ambitious growth plans forward by building new relationships and business with customers across a range of sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Converting incoming enquiries to sales
- Identifying and converting upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Building your prospect list
- Developing lead generation and sales development strategies, including a multi-channel approach
- Nurturing relationships with existing clients
- Building relationships with potential clients
- Converting potential clients to long-term customers
- Managing and recording sales development activities
- Confident communicator with excellent outbound calling skills
- Comfortable with standard IT packages and CRM systems
- Proven track record in a sales development capacity with accountability
- Ability to build relationships and grab attention
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Availability to work with flexibility
