As a Patient Advisor, you'll play a vital role in making our patients feel comfortable and relaxed while providing a 5-star service. You'll enjoy meeting new people and have strong communication skills to work with patients and ophthalmic professionals.
Your day-to-day responsibilities may vary, but a typical day will involve:
- Building strong relationships with our patients
- Performing diagnostic eye scans (full training provided)
- Confidently relaying patient information to the optometrist for a smooth patient journey
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Arranging affordable finance options for each patient
- Scheduling patients' consultations and surgeries with our optometrists and surgeons
The successful candidate will be driven, passionate, and willing to succeed. They'll have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong negotiation skills, and be self-motivated to work with and without supervision.
