Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Shop Supervisor to oversee our operations in Belfast. In this role, you will be responsible for managing store activities in alignment with company goals and ensuring compliance with established standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, while ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail staff, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring performance.
- Address customer service issues, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering stock, conducting stock checks, and maintaining accurate records.
- Provide training and development opportunities for retail staff, focusing on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following skills:
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in a supervisory or assistant supervisory role within retail.
- Conversational proficiency in English is essential.
- Proficiency in one or more Eastern European languages (e.g., Romanian, Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, Lithuanian, Latvian, Croatian) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt, prioritize tasks, and manage unexpected situations effectively.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- A willingness to learn and a commitment to personal development, contributing positively to the team environment and promoting our brand.
- Sales experience is preferred.
- Full flexibility is required, including availability for day shifts, 5 days a week, which may include weekends and bank holidays.

£13.00-£14.50 per hour
