Job Title: Event Manager - Sustainability and Green Finance

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Event Manager to join our team at Premier, a leading organization in green finance. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing high-impact events that drive change and influence the transition to a net-zero and nature-positive economy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of events, including concept development, logistics, and post-event evaluation.
  • Develop and maintain an events workflow and tracker to monitor key meetings, participation, and event outcomes.
  • Oversee speaker requests and briefing, ensuring relevant spokespeople are aligned with event objectives.
  • Ensure all events deliver on key objectives and follow up on outcomes and actions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing professional and industry-led events, with a focus on sustainability.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle logistics, media, speaker coordination, and audience management for hybrid events.
  • Ability to work independently, managing multiple projects while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Expertise in procuring and briefing high-profile speakers, and creating tailored content for panels, keynotes, and discussions.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, working with a variety of stakeholders across sectors.
  • Experience in multimedia content production for events, including marketing hooks, videos, and other promotional materials.
