Job Title: Building Safety Officer
About the Role
The Oyster Partnership is seeking a highly skilled Building Safety Officer to join our team. As a key member of our regulatory services department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health and safety in our buildings.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough investigations into workplace incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive risk assessments, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement effective health and safety protocols, promoting a culture of safety and well-being.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in health and safety, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, including those related to special treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to commute to our offices in South West London, with occasional travel to other locations.
