Job Title: Health and Safety Manager

Location: London with Regional Travel across Southern England

Salary: Circa £55,000 + Excellent Benefits

Irwin and Colton, a specialist Health and Safety recruitment company, is seeking a Health and Safety Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing health and safety risk assessments and data trends across the South portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing health and safety policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
  • Managing health and safety risk assessments and data trends across the South portfolio
  • Conducting investigations and reporting on significant incidents and claims
  • Conducting risk assessments and audits across all venues and offices within the region
  • Working closely with contractors and customers to ensure safety is implemented and followed accordingly, in relation to events

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a multi-site Health and Safety role is key; ideally within Hospitality, Retail or a customer-facing environment
  • NEBOSH Certificate / equivalent as a minimum
  • Excellent communications skills with proven experience engaging a wide range of stakeholders in a corporate environment
  • Willing to travel to sites, with overnight stays occasionally
