Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team at Spire Healthcare Ltd. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, visitors, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and Registering Patients
- Accurately collect credit card details and patient information
- Direct patients, consultants, and hospital teams to the hospital in a warm and professional manner
- Cash Handling and Administration
- Process in-patient and out-patient charges
- Manage the hospital switchboard in a professional and efficient manner
- Undertake various clerical duties, including checking bed status reports and ordering newspapers
- Customer Service and Communication
- Provide excellent customer service skills to patients, visitors, and colleagues
- Communicate effectively with patients, consultants, and hospital teams
Requirements
- Personable and Team-Oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Administrative and Technical Skills
- Good basic PC skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Customer Service and Communication
- Excellent customer service skills
- Great communication skills at all levels
- Experience and Qualifications
