Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and Registering Patients
    • Accurately collect credit card details and patient information
    • Direct patients, consultants, and hospital teams to the hospital in a warm and professional manner
  • Cash Handling and Administration
    • Process in-patient and out-patient charges
    • Manage the hospital switchboard in a professional and efficient manner
    • Undertake various clerical duties, including checking bed status reports and ordering newspapers
